Hi again!

Hi there, I’m Aleksandra – a multidisciplinary Product and UX Design Leader based in Germany, with 10+ years of experience at the intersection of design, data and AI.

I design across the full spectrum – from complex, data-intensive B2B systems to intuitive, customer-facing products. I’ve led design for enterprise platforms, big data environments and AI-driven solutions, as well as digital products used by millions.

As Head of Design, Team Lead and Design Director, I’ve built and guided teams, shaped product strategies, and delivered solutions that drive measurable business impact.

My work today is rooted in an AI-native approach – not as an add-on, but as an integral part of how products are conceived, designed and scaled. I use AI to accelerate processes, uncover insights and create smarter, more adaptive user experiences. I specialize in transforming complexity into clarity – turning data, systems and business requirements into intuitive, meaningful products that people actually want to use.

Outside of design, I’m simply someone who enjoys creating in many different ways. I love painting, making collages, working with ceramics, and spending time in my garden – gardening keeps me calm and connected to nature 🙂

I also enjoy reading a good book and exploring Europe on my motorcycle whenever I can.
